• Garlic and Chilli Banana Prawn Skewers served with a zesty lime dipping sauce (GF)
• Caramelized Fig with Ricotta, reduced balsamic, and buttered croutons (V)
• Slow-Cooked Pork Belly with stewed cinnamon apples and crispy crackling (GF)
For the main course the couple treated her guests with both Chicken and Chorizo Paella and Vegetarian Paella, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy. The Chicken and Chorizo Paella was a delightful medley of free range chicken, chorizo and vibrant saffron-infused rice, all cooked to perfection and brimming with rich, aromatic flavours. Meanwhile, the Vegetarian Paella was a colourful feast, featuring a variety of seasonal vegetables and offered a deliciously hearty option for those seeking a meat-free alternative.
The wedding featured an exquisite grazing station that was a highlight of the reception. Overflowing with fresh, colourful produce, the display was an artful arrangement of seasonal vegetables, cured meats and curated cheese, beautifully presented on rustic wooden boards. Guests were treated to a variety of gourmet cheeses, including creamy brie, sharp cheddar, and tangy blue cheese, each paired with a selection of artisan crackers and freshly baked bread. There were also dips, such as hummus and tzatziki, alongside vibrant olives and marinated artichokes, adding a Mediterranean flair.
