We understand various vessel requirements and constraints and can create menus to suit your vessel and the charter requirements. We are the preferred caterers on board two superior charter vessels on Sydney Harbour and have been since 2014.
We transport our food in soft, heavy duty Styrofoam boxes to ensure that during bump in and out your boat is looked after. We will also leave your boat exactly how we found it and complete a full galley clean at the end of each charter. There is no better way to enjoy a day on your boat than with a fully catered lunch, good wine and impeccable service. Let the Boardwalk Catering team look after you or just provide you with some platters to take cruising. The choice is up to you.
We also regularly supply private vessels and boats with drop off platters. Platters are great to take out for a day on the water for easy and hassle free entertaining. Best of all, we can configure the platter to be completely disposable meaning that you can have catering with no clean up.
For a more sophisticated day on the water, Boardwalk can provide an onboard chef and waitstaff to ensure you can truly enjoy your day. Most of our menu items can be replicated in a small galley but please get in touch so we can talk about how we may be able to assist or to create your own menu for your boat or charter vessel.
We also look after a number of vessels as they pass through Sydney during the summer season.
