This is an important time of year and all you EA’s, PA’s and event managers and planners need to get in quick to ensure you secure the best for your company. As always, there is a lot to think about and consider when planning the office Christmas party.

Venue:

This can make up a large part of the budget with venues ranging from $100.00 to $15,000.00. A huge consideration of this is how many people will be at the Christmas party. This is a good place to start, as it will allow you to set a realistic budget and what requirements are necessary. Think of parking, style of event and staffing requirements. Catering options:

Our current Christmas Party packages combine food and beverage into the one price saving you a headache! We are also able to theme your Christmas Party food with things like roast turkey, glazed hams, pork loin with crackling and of course biscuits! That’s right, every corporate Christmas party booked will receive a selection of Christmas biscuits complementary! Free gingerbread, shortbread and choc chip biscuits – just mention this blog post when booking!

Beverage:

The office Christmas party is a great time for celebration of the year and what better way to celebrate than drinks. Our beverage packages take the hassle out of choosing and purchasing drinks for the office. We have a range of packages based both on a consumption basis and a per head price. We also provide RSA qualified staff who assist with clean up of the venue or your office and offer a full bar set up including glassware, linen and ice.

Hire:

AV hire is very popular for Christmas Parties. We can provide microphones, speakers and PA equipment as well as projectors and screens for a photo slideshow. We also have a range of event furniture including cocktail hi bar tables, chairs, ottomans and lighting. We can also provide styling solutions for the event. Again suited to your budget and brief.
